WHAT TOOLS ARE NEEDED FOR SYNTHETIC TURF
Some of this info will depend on if you are a professional installer or a DIYer... For the DIYer there are minimal tools needed for the one time install.
The amount of tools will vary greatly depending on the amount and size of ground prep needed. Normal ground work tools can include a Shovel, Rake, Tamper, & Wheelbarrow, Roller or Plate Compactor and larger areas may require professional equipment like a Bobcat.
The basics are a Tape Measure, Carpet/Utility Knife & Extra Blades, Silver Sharpie, Heavy Duty Scissors/Shears, Hammer, Stiff Broom, Gloves and for larger jobs/rolls a Carpet Kicker/Stretcher is nice to have...
-If Gluing Turf Seams: (1/8" or 3/16") V-Notch Trowel, Caulking Gun, Turf Seam Roller
-For infilling: Drop Spreader
Turf Nails, Seaming Tape & Glue if applicable
