What is TurfDrop?: TurfDrop is an artificial grass delivery service that lets you order turf online, schedule next-day delivery, and optionally book professional installation — all in just a few clicks.
Where do you deliver?: We currently serve the Dallas–Fort Worth (DFW) area, with more regions coming soon.

How do I place an order?: Choose your turf product, enter the square footage, add accessories, add installation (optional), and schedule your delivery during checkout.
How fast is delivery?: We offer next-day curbside delivery in most areas for orders placed before .
Is there a delivery fee?: Delivery is FREE on orders over , and for orders under that threshold.
Can I pick up my order instead?: Yes! We offer same-day will-call pickup at select locations. Please allow 3–4 hours for us to prepare your order after it’s placed.

What turf styles do you offer?: We offer a range of turf options with different blade shapes, pile heights, colors, and weights — ideal for lawns, pet areas, putting greens, playgrounds, and more.
Can I get samples before ordering?: Yes — message us to request free turf samples, and we’ll ship them directly to you.
Do your products come with a warranty?: All TurfDrop products come with a 16-year manufacturer warranty.

Do you offer installation?: Yes! TurfDrop offers optional professional installation in select service areas. If installation is available in your zip code, you’ll see that option at checkout.
How much does installation cost?: Installation pricing varies by location, access, and project scope. When you enter your zip code at checkout, you’ll see the exact installation price for your region.
Can I install the turf myself?: Absolutely! We support DIY customers as well. We’ll deliver your turf and materials, and you can handle the installation yourself or with your team.

What payment methods do you accept?: We accept all major credit/debit cards. Financing options are coming soon.
